Rental and Vacation Policies

Directions:
Ocean Lakes is located at the intersection of SC Rt. 544 and Hwy. 17 Bus.

Reservations:
Reservations are Saturday - Saturday only

Rental Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rental price, including $300 security deposit, is due within 2 weeks of receiving your contract. The remainder is due 30 days prior to check in. All payments should be made to “Sandy Beach Rentals” in the form of check or money order.

Security Deposit:
A $300 security deposit is required. It will be refunded by mail if everything is in order.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed ONLY with special permission and there is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Vehicle Registration:
Upon arrival, you must register your vehicle at the Ocean Lakes Office. They will collect $3 per day for their security pass. You will need a permission letter from us and your vehicle plate number. They will give you a map of the community. Their office DOES NOT collect the balance of your rental fee.

Departure:
The departure cleaning is included in the home rental rates.

Linens:
You may bring your own linens or linen service is available.

Baby Package:
We have a "baby package" available (Pack and Play, high chair, stroller) for $75/week. Please reserve ahead.

Check-in/Out Times:
Check-in is at 3 PM
Check-out is at 10 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have to cancel and we are able to re-rent the house, we will gladly refund your deposit, but if the house remains vacant, you will forfeit your deposit.
